Wildlife all over the place...

In the last week it has gone Nuts with us here, Whales, dolphins the lot keep an eye on it all on facebook -- any you lot up here this Summer??

Yes I'll be up at the usual slot in July .. to witness some more of the same .. although further North ... we had another spectacular Minke 'blow off' right beside is last year .. well at least it didnt hit us this time

Yep and not easy to do with a lot of digital cameras what with the delay before they actually take the shot .. Ive missed tons of crackers because of that

We went on a trip recently to visit family and saw some wildlife whilst on a houseboat for a few days ...........











We did a bit of fishing -

Nice pics Seafari... we're up roughly your way in August (Staying Loch Duich) and hope to cart the 3.6 Zodiac over to Skye in the car for a launch at Elgol to go and see the Cuillins.

Not sure I'd want anything too large passing under/around our small SIB though!

Yo know what .. a lobster pot with 4 good uns in it has to pretty rare these days up the west coast Ive had three in a 24"x18" , but no photo ..

Sorry about the thread hijack - couldn't resist it! We were on a boat:



We were on lake Kariba in Zimbabwe visiting family. It was totally safe and we had a fantastic time, the only issue we had was that the Brits have to pay more for their visas!

well that event wasnt yesterday let me tell you , but it sure pays to listen to your elders if you wanna know how to fish for these fellas, and I dont think I could be accused of the clearances, with half a dozen hand made pots once in a blue moon either

Ok now Ive stopped him eating my dinner, he's in the pot for my dinner .. aint got no Pouilly fumé .. so roughing it with some chilled Marqués de Caceres white Rioja instead .. tonight lifes not so tough
