Ballistic RIB STOLEN

Thanks for posting the original thread David. (DGPW)

Unfortunaly we have had a RIB stolen. The boat is a Ballistic 7.8 with twin Mercury 225 Optimax's.

It was built especially for Police charter work and is a serious bit of kit.

The boat was stolen from Lymington and I last saw it on Monday afternoon, returned from being away today (Friday) and it was gone. It was behind locked gates and had a seriouse wheelclamp on it which has been bent in double, I imagine these guy's knew what they were doing.

As the boat is rather unusual I hope with a lot of hard work we can get her back, this will obviously involve a lot of research.

I will post pictures and serial numbers tommorow and any info would be great.

As an update this Ballistic rib was seen in Devon in the last week. It has twin 225hp optimax outboards black tubes a grey hull a silver A frame and teak decks.

The boat is 7.8 m long (26ft)
