Humber HR600 6m - Evinrude Ficht 150 - Bassett Road, Southampton - 15 Sep 06

The University of Sussex Sub-Aqua Club's RIB was stolen on 15th Sep from a residential driveway on Bassett Road in Southampton, between the hours of 15:00 and 17:30. Details are as follows:

Humber HR600 6m RIB, orange, serial# 7391
- Fitted with jockey-style console with fuel tank beneath and 10-tank bottle rack behind console. Console has a custom white plastic plate on top with straps for mounting an instrument housing, and an angled stainless steel grab rail on the front edge. Boat has a non-standard round plastic inspection hatch (approx. 5" diameter) in the rear of the deck at the foot of the transom, and port-side rear tube has been patched on the outer side at the rearmost edge.

Evinrude Ficht 150 2-stroke outboard, dark blue, serial# 04982681
- Has the end of the skeg broken off, and distinctive grey filler repairs to port side of the engine cover.

Tohatsu 9.8 2-stroke outboard, grey, serial# 11778
- Has a section broken off one of the horizontal "fins" at the lower end of the leg, just above the prop.
