5th Annual Nacho Run: 6 Jan 2013
With the Annual Nacho Run to Yarmouth (IoW) being traditionally held on the first Sunday in January it looks like: 6 January 2013 this time.
It's a chance to blow away the Christmas/New Year cobwebs and get a spicy start to the next twelve months!
As in previous years: 12.30pm at The Wheatsheaf in Yarmouth unless people want otherwise.
It would probably help to notify numbers to the pub in advance but Scurvy Crew, Mrs A and I will certainly be there.
David
PS Can we get as many as were at The Folly today? .......

We'll definitely be there!
Note the new option at the Wheatsheaf though - you can now get the Nachos as a starter or a main course.
When they asked a week or so ago the question caught me by surprise (after all, I've just ordered "nachos" for the last 6 years) - so I went for the main course option - and it was so large I struggled to finish them!

I'm in! I'll let you know numbers in due course. Glad the Parker will be there to "show me the way to go home". Mind you there is a better chance of getting back in daylight from Yarmouth and the nights will be drawing out by then. Almost spring!

Depends where launching from but usually meet up just outside the entrance. David (Avocet) will usually post a time, but in his world Poole to Yarmouth takes 40 minutes, in almost any conditions! :-)

Ah, found out today that the customs organisation of a certain middle eastern country are, how shall I say, slightly less expeditious than those of the UK, by quite some way!
Or, to put it another way - the chances of meeting you on the slip Pete have just gone up by approx 70%
David, probability should go to 0 or 100% before Christmas; hope that is OK.
