Is there any merit to rescheduling so we can do it on a rising tide?

I thinking that if the weather allows we'll run Monday to Salcombe and enjoy the pasty there.
With limits on overnight stays I don't think we should be looking at going earlier as it'll means silly early starts for some.
I'll then find a different tide where we can run to Kingsbridge on a different day - which if the weather mis behaves will become the main plan anyhow.
Does that make sense?

I suspect they'll be less then normal due to the overnight restrictions - but still expecting 5 or 6.
Looking to head out to the Eddystone and over to Looe on Sunday too.

Weather permitting I'll run down from Brixham & meet the Plymouth mob somewhere West of Bolt Head.
Happy to run in company with any Torbay boats.

It does look a tad windy - if it stays like this then Salcombe will be off unfortunately and plan B will come into being - a later date to be confirmed.
I'll still launch and probably head up river as they'll be shelter there, for a cup of tea at Calstock as it'll be a rising tide. should anyone fancy heading that way.
That said Sunday is looking good for Eddystone / Looe.

Could be interesting.
It was great here yesterday and Monday. 40 knot blast in the bay on Monday and a really nice run to Dartmouth yesterday.
Couple of nice shake down runs after the pause in activity.

Will they let you in to Weymouth. I went there last year, long after every thing was open and the miserable sod of a harbour master wouldn't even let me stop for lunch!
Wasn't best pleased after the run from Brixham. Thankfully Portland marina were really welcoming.

Easter Sunday's looking like the best day for a run over the weekend.
First things first, get Lunasea back on the water and a shakedown tomorrow F3-4 NE should blow the cobwebs away in Torbay. Fingers crossed everything works
