Finally managed to post some pics of our trip. Thanks Trevor and Chris for your company back over the channel. My small niggle of finding it difficult to occasionally get in and out of gear has been analysed by Dave Crawfords, only to find a bunch of teeth missing from forward gear... great... thats why BOAT stands for 'break out another thousand":
That's bad luck - I had a similar gearbox issue this year and found that my insurers allowed a claim as I had hit something with the propellor. Is it too late to see if you are insured ? At least nothing failed on the way home.
