My plan "A" is to go over on the Thursday or Friday (depending on the weather). No plans for the return trip as yet - I'll see what others are doing.

My A plan is also to go Thursday 9th or Friday 10th and come back on Sunday or when others are returning something to agree on. Will book accommodation on Jersey.
Don't have a B plan as yet

We’ll be leaving Wednesday with another boat from Poole. If there is anyone else who would like to join us then we’d be very happy to meet up. Returning Sunday. We’ll camp at the excellent site but I know some will want a real bed.

Plan A is to leave on Thursday 9th August and return on Sunday 12 August
I will be heading for Jersey via Alderney. Accomodation already booked in Jersey for 3 nights

Hopefully some ribs will be travelling on Thursday as it makes sense to travel in company

If anybody wants a lift to Alderney there and back please let me know. so far just me on board.

Plan B. I will fly to Jersey as I must be there on those dates. I will make final decision on 7 or 8 August

Fuel in Aldernney

We are pleased to announce that we now have proper petrol facilities here on Alderney.
Those of you who have fuelled here in the past will be aware that the previous method was far from ideal.
We now have a full tank with hose reel and pump.

Regards,

Mainbrayce Ltd.

Fantastic! But I won’t deny having a little jiggle at the quay was fun

Would have loved to join, but will sadly be out sailing at that point instead! Might well see you in passing though as we go through the Channel Islands on the way to Ile de Batz.

If the weather stays like this going by RIB will be the far better option!

Evening,

We’re going across, 1 or 2 ribs, however probably just for the day and will pick a date nearer the time depending on weather, PM your mobile number if you like and I’ll contact you when we arrive , regards Lee

Andre' We have to leave the rental house @10:00, keeping an open mind & flexible on return time, could also stay until Monday if weather is bad.

Chris should also be returning to Poole on Sunday
