Looking forward to the pics guys. Have a great day and stay safe.

ps: Chris Caton. How was your first night in your luxury 'on-site' accommodation? Bet you can't find anything this morning!

Oh no! Suns gone in chester now, rain and cold. Go for a play on the bar and then head through bridges, you'll be sheltered from the westerly there. Probably get a run to Puffin but probably not across to Conwy.

Good work! It's a great destination for shelter and lunch!! Olds seen you all go past Gazelle!!!

To be fair that's my favourite cruise. Up to Conwy for high tide, explore the river and then lunch on quay. Then a blast pat puffin to see seals and all the way through to Caernarfon and play on the outgoing tide on the bar. Then a staggered journey home with a pint in Caernarfon, pub by port dinorwic and then finish at Gazelle, with a meal in "The Bull" in Beaumaris. Pretty much a perfect day.

Probably be my plan on 19th ;-) unless calm and nice weather.

Mr C is also your man for Conwy, we did it from the Mersey one year when his Revenger was just broke in, a great day out.

Happy to! You can cut across the Lavan sands at high tide right from Bangor, though that's if you don't mind your depth gauges rapidly going from 8m to 2m as you go across the tops if the banks

You can cut inside puffin too if you wish in a rib, provided you don't follow the BS gang inside the Perch Rock and over the reef after mid tide LOL

Then it's just a dog leg channel in from the Conwy side of the bay by the 55. Stick with me you'll be fine

It wasn't like that all day most of the day was spent fighting the wind
Nice run out of Conway with some big waves to get over
