It's new engine to me but reading on sites I find this, possibly set wrong ,, and I think my original quote was wrong ,, think its as below approx 200ltrs to a gal oil..
But I dumped shit loads when my cap split ,,

fuzzy I think your numbers are off. The OX66 250's (and almost all non dfi 2 strokes) are designed to burn around 50 gallons of gas per gallon of oil. Mine are right on that number. If I run harder, I burn more like 40:1 but if I run normal I burn 50:1.
1999 Yamaha ox66 225, oil use??
The Yams oil injection is based on throttle position...the further you have it in the corner, the more oil it burns! I went 90 miles last weekend, burned about 45 gals fuel, and about 1 gal. oil...2002 225 EFI Yam. The tach stayed mostly in the 3500 range when running.

Going to hunt through the Bristol Channel sat am,,,,,burnham Lundy ilfracombe Swansea and whatever takes me fancy. More than happy with my vessel now,,,,
