Anglesey stop 2011

A friend of mine saw a some of the video's from the around Anglesey trips last year.
His parents live on Anglesey so he knows it pretty well but could not recognise the place where there where quite a number of ribs beached on the sand and a lot of people where sat on the wall drinking so don't know if there was a pub near the water front.
Anyone know where that stop was last year can they let me know.
Almost taking bets here are to where we think it is.
Curiosity can be a frustrating thing when you don't know the answer

Neal, many thanks. Looking forward to the trip round this year as the video's look great.
My friend was there this weekend and he said the coast was like a mill pond and siad how great it would have been to be out around the coast.

Just hope it's like that in April as unfortunately I'm a smaller rib so will be hoping that it does not spoil my outing

Ah, could it have been somewhere else, that's near Nefyn.

Tony, think it was maybe one of your videos but there was a good number of ribs there. Assumed it was "Round Anglesey" trip but may be wrong.

How did that fit in with the Round Anglesey cruise, looks on the vid as if it was all in the same day?

We didn't go round only Nitrox and Ian went round on that day the plan was to go round on the Sunday but only me and Dave P turned up at the start line the rest went for a play in the straights and our leader HP had his marching orders from the his wife if you look at my video of the Sunday you will see what a great day they all missed out on :face palm:

That's the answer then, what a cracking day too.

Much better than the Autumn weather going by the video footage.

Hope springs a good one this year.
