I'll probably tag along for the Scillies trip. Do I have to wear a Scorpion T shirt? Let me know if you need any planning info from Falmouth to the islands.

Hi Phil,

Yep they should keep us of the streets

For all the events I will leave from the Solent so we can run together etc. In between these trips i am sure we will be out and about somewhere as well.

Will keep you posted. I will be down in a couple of weeks time to get the boat finished, brought some new parts over winter etc, so if your about were meet for a beer.

Cheers

Round Britain will be heading for Plymouth on the 21st so berthing/refueling will be busy plus a show of some very interesting boats

I'll be there and hopefully one of the first to arrive.

Regards

Mark

Hi Paul,

I am sure I know a few local places we can go to so you get the feel for things.

Dave - Thanks for the offer, will be in touch nearer the time etc.

Mark - I put the Plymouth run in so we could watch the Round Britain race etc, if we cant get into Plymouth we can make our way back and stay in Dartmouth over night etc. Good luck for the event.

Cheers

Julian

Over the next few days, a facility to email the cruise organisers will appear on www.biboa.com. BIBOA members have already received full details of the first few cruises of the year, including contact details of cruise organisers, in the first issue of the year of the club magazine Riblines. Details of how to join the club are available on the website.

Dartmouth

Hi Julian,
The trips sound great, i am new to the forum and if the cruises are open to all would love to tag along to the Dartmouth trip.
How does it usually work, do you just give a time and starting point to meet nearer the time?
Would be good to hear from you, many thanks.

Hi Paul Beaurain,

I read your thread, i am quite new to boating as well, our boat is in the Hamble and we are out in the solent most weekends so if you want to come and join us just give us a shout.

Cheers, Nick.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your interest, It would be good for you to come along to Dartmouth so you can see how things work and meet with the members etc.

For Dartmouth we will be meeting outside Yarmouth at 10am in order to arrive in Dartmouth for lunch. You will need to book accommodation for your selves for the Friday and Saturday night etc.

If you PM me you details and phone number I will email you a flyer with everything on it for the weekend and other events.

Our boat is in Lymington so it would be good to meet up in a couple of weeks time, were just having a bit of a engine re build at the moment but the boat will be done next week.

All the best

Julian
