How 'welcome' would I be if I decided to take my big boat over for the trip to ireland? My reasoning is that my mrs back is playing up and Im a little concerned about security with the ribs being left alone in the marina overnight, especially with it being 'advertised' on this forum for a couple of months. We would probably stay on the boat in the marina overnight but still come for the night time meal

No thoughts on the big boat, but the marina is very secure.

Six or Seven Hours - we aren't going to row are we?

No doubt if you are on your own we can find you a ship mate.

3 tops. Unless we stop for tea & cake mid channel. That would be an impressive photo, a dozen or so boats rafted up, taking tea. IN THE SUNSHINE!!!!!!!!
