All,
Id be well up for it time permitting.
I'm originally from CoWicklow and know the town pretty well. Honestly think there are better places! Not sure if the marina at Greystones is operational yet(Would have been ideal if the Celtic tiger hadn't died!). Pubs/B&Bs there would be far more civilized. Greystones Harbour Development
Dun Loughaire is a far further but maybe work the extra distance as facilities/craic would be far better.

You dark horse - I did wonder about your username!
Glad my Spidey-senses were right about that pub!

Head here instead: Welcome to the Web Site of the Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company
There is a decent marina and 4 Yacht Clubs. Im sure one of them would be happy to accommodate. Im a country member of one of them so I'm sure i could do something there if people are interested?

Have been quiet for sometime and last Ribnet cruise was when tried to do TT but ended up with rough(ish) passage from Conwy to Beaumaris on the Saturday .
Would love to join trip across Irish sea and as never done before would prefer company of like minded . Have had good reports about Malahide if looking for alternative venue and I know the boys from Land and Sea go across regularly - not sure if that good or bad !!
Have changed boat since membership set up so now out of date . Have not checked diary but suspect there and back in the day best for me but could be persuaded if all staying .

Land and sea, remember those days from 95-98. Launching boats with Dan Hinde on tractors and generally causing carnage around 'soch. Now older and in the more respectable Anglesey area
Welcome back though, that TT w'end was a while ago now. I stayed inside the Gazelle that day!

A wet cold miserable day from memory - and someone in the straits at Beaumaris !!
Ended up in the basin at Porthdinorwic and then pub . Some stories about the 5m swell - the beer must have been good !!
Hopefully a calmer crossing next July .

I would be interested in this trip to act as crew as my RIB can't go more than 12 miles offshore!!

A willing female crew member who comes with rum! Reckon you may have more than a few offers for a ride!
Sorry, lowered the tone a little. I'm sure someone could help you out.
