would be good if you could join us either for a day or more
will pm you with further details
I try to keep the numbers down . As you know it is too hard to get lots of boats organised. We have no rules and you take your rib out at your own discretion. We do a couple of long trips (Ireland Gigha) the rest is around the clyde and up to glasgow etc. If weather to bad you can possibily join as crew We have a skippers briefing every morning and leave 1030hrs PROMPT or you can rv with us at some point say Rothsay Bay we have 8>9 ribs at present 4 from europe Sandbank has excellent slip Petrol as well B&B hotels at Hunters Quay 2 miles from marina B&B in Sandbank not so good. also chalet / caravan park 1 mile. Weather is guaranteed!!

Myself, wife, wains, sister and brother inlaw will be in Dunoon the weekend 23rd /24th May. Would be good to do a trip in company with my sister's new boat.

If anybody needs accomodation i.e a piece of grass to stick a tent up, get in touch.

The weather is guaranteed. Hot Lemon has been to a few cruises they blast about at 50kn then circle us then he has to wait till we get there we try for a cruising speed about 25kn stopping often to take in scenery or refreshment

Hi, I'd be interested in doing the Ireland trip but you've mentioned restricted numbers ... what's the situation with this? Also interested in the other Clyde trips. We are on the Clyde whenever we get the chance and the weather!

Hi jim
i have organised many cruises with large 20+ numbers and the logistics and work involved preventented myself and crew from the full enjoyment. we try to keep the number down to 8/10 as the smaller harbours and facilities are better suited to these numbers. our rough plan is wed thur frid cruise longer distances weather permitting and sat sun larger numbers cruise round bute, tarbert, loch fyne, inverrary. mon tues wed ???? pm me with any question or mobile no and we decide best plan

Hello there,
Do you know which days you would be thinking of doing the longer trips, or is it just "suck it and see" with regards to weather etc?
I would love to come along but I will need to organise berthing and crew as my brother is back out on the rigs on the 21st so I won't have access to a tow vehicle.

for your info the boat is a pac22 with top speed of 30ish knots, will cruise comfortably at 20 - 25kts

Regards
Graeme

Hi it really is a case of weather and rib/skipper abilities but thinking thurs frid for rathlin/ ballycastle and sat sun for easier cruise with familes etc. our normal hoped for cruise speed is 25 27 knots which keeps the group fairly compact
