i`m going to be in combe martin bank hol week-end going to launch from the beach, anyone got any must see/do`s ?

Just spent a week round that way. There's plenty of rocks to hit and not many places to launch, bloody nice though!

Have a look at 'Lee Bay'...MARVELOUS in a SIB at anytime after 1/4 Ebb!! All Sand and a GREAT spot for a Barby! Bear in mind huge tidal range, though not a Bad plce to spend the Day..pluss you can always carry-drag a SIB,IF you need to put out again.
In 'Stuart fishers' book 'Inshore Britain' (He spent 3 yrs goning round the WHOLE coast of GB in a Kyak) he puts it in his Top3!!.. I concour..on the Right day you will not beat it!!!Good Bass fishing too
