At 6'5 and 20 stone, you'd not mistake him for 'our' Chris [well not the height bit anyway!]
Bugger slows the Rib down a bit though!

Sure enough Bif....still, you often get some REALY mixed sea conditions in the B.C.,not unlike the Solent,at times. Really unpredictable with the huge tidal range, makes for some great cruising. Maybe get you down this way sometime!

we get down your way a bit, my mate owns the appletree hotel in bridgewater, taught his wife to dive many years back and sold him a rib a few years back also, and he's still a mate, er in door's sister lives in timberscombe, i blew some lumps of concrete up in the BC about 20 years ago when i used to dive so i know what the tides are like, orrible if you work underwater

Diving in the BC IS a whole new sensation..!Once dived a Collier out of Boscasltle, great wreck and 10m vis!REALY enjoyed it over slack water... Until the the tide got up! four of us on the shot line doing our Deco stops, 4-5 knots on a neap!! looked like flags in a gale!Felt like your mask would be ripped off...O2 all round! [NICE place Timberscombe, good deer stalking country!
