Tide and time...

Having spoken to Matt, the end of the month would suit him,so,nice early tides on the 27th [Sat] will give us a long window of opportunity...Especially if the natives in the Principality give us any Grief!...Doubt if the events of Saturday will have faded much by then!...Shame

Great days Ribbing!

Got out today as planned. Launched at Watchet[which from the PUBLIC slip is free!] and an excellent launch site.Joined by 'Matt h' and 'Big Chris'. We had a scoot out to Flat Holme Island for a look round, and then continued over to Cardiff where we met 'Chris' and his Posse, after a good Breakfast at the Yaught club [and at only £3 a head!]we all cruised down to the Mumbles for a Recce. Some really nice coastline en-route,and some good 'Tide' races where we had some fun.Infact the Channell had it all today,Sun,flat- calm, chop, the 'Race's', and some nice rollers in place's too.Realy varied driving conditions.
Chris and co headed back to Cardiff, while we nailed it cross channell and cruised another section of coast. The fantastic weather really added to the trip.Hopefully Matt got a good shot or two! Thanks to everyone for thier input and company, really enjoyed the first outing guys.Again soon eh!
