Dartmouth end of Aug
Anyone out and about around Dartmouth over the next week or so?
Looking at the unsettled forecast there may be more cruising on foot to the pub than out beach-hopping though
It's still a week by the water and away from work .

We'll be about the 28th for the week. Launching and berthing Torquay but planning a trip around to Dartmouth with the tribe.

Arrived in mizzle at 2130 to park the boat up in the dark.
But I'm on holiday and a riparian again!
Andy I'll drop you a pm we'll be around all week not sure yet if we'll run out of Dartmouth or Brixham but I'm sure we can catch up somewhere

Bob,
It's Dawlish air show on Saturday if you're interested, usually a very good display, weather permitting.

Yes thanks for the reminder, we may toddle over for that weather allowing- we're going to Shaldon on Sat anyway. Don't think we'll be doing it by water.

Hi all
Please keep posting if anything gets arranged as I've just put my rib in Toqruay and would like to try and meet up with some of you. This weekend tough for me but looking to try and get to Dawlish next weekend and perhaps something during the week

Keep an eye out for a red Zodiac - if you see us come say hello.
We plan to pop around to Dartmouth one of the days and cruise the bay most others.

Weather forecast is all over the place for next week - rain forecast most days,
Winds SW F4-5, but today's been great - shame we had shore-side commitments. I think "local conditions" will over-ride the issued forecasts
Will try to get out in Torbay ex-Brixham if there's any window of opportunity. would great to get to the River Exe cafe for lunch one day.

First day afloat will be just in time for the fireworks looking at the program.
Should be an interesting passage back to Torquay - neither sprog has been afloat at night before.

River Exe cafe is a pontoon restaurant off Starcross in the Exe - well worth a visit. If weather's not suitable for sibbing to Dartmouth for fireworks on Sat come by road and join us at the higher ferry slip for a beer during the show

We are hoping to come down for the red arrows from Totnes on Friday if it ever stops raining.

Now with picture -wouldn't upload from my smartphone.
Has stopped raining this afternoon , but quite big SW seas running in Start Bay and very breezy.
