Deauville / Trouville Cruise 30th June

Morning Everyone

I have organized another cruise on behalf of BIBOA to Deauville and Trouville at the end of this month. We will be leaving from Yarmouth around 10am for the run to France and spending a few days in this great resort. This has been a very popular event for the club over the last few years so if you are interested in joining us please let me know as soon as possible so I can sort out numbers etc.

If you could let me know the size of boat etc I will book you into the marina, This is a very busy time of year in france so the earlier I know the better etc.

Hope a few of you can join us.

Julian

Dear Julian We would love to join you but we have a family wedding on the 1st, how long are staying DeauvilleTrouville. On the matter of Dartmouth we had a bit of a prob with clutch going mid channel on the way to St Vaast this week, I hope to be able to collect the boat there next Wednesday in time for Dartmouth, will keep you posted. All the best Martin and Stephanie

Dear Julian If this cruise doesn't take place, please keep us in the loop, because we would be interested on another weekend, when we less committed. The boat didn't come back last week, more probs with parts, hopefully next Mon Tue, fingers crossed. Martin

Deauville

Morning Martin

Hope you both well, I have decided to move this event now as many people who are interested in going have commitments this weekend. I think I will run it in August now but once I have a date I will let you know etc.

Sounds like your having a nightmare getting the boat back at the moment.

May pop to Aldeney as well in a couple of weeks time if you fancy a run.

Cheers

Julian

Hi Julian I had thought about going over with the trailer and bringing the boat back and get it fixed here, and in hindsight that's what I should have done. There seems to be some modification to the clutch, and I can only assume they didn't find or know about this until they tried to put the thing back together. I will keep a lookout ot Ribnet for any future cruises. All the best Martin

Julian

I'd be up for this anytime after first week in August after we've come back from Brittany. This weekend was a bit too close to other commitments.
