Calling Donegaldan! Sneaking on for my 12th post as promised before the "communications expert". I promise no offensive innuendo of any kind. An enjoyable 20 minutes with you at the helm round Jura. Apart from the seafood chowder and possibly my 30 minute shower, definitely the highlight of the day!

I take being ranked 3rd after your shower and food a compliment
What an absolute cracking day ! Between the WX playing ball, and a couple biologics coming to play.... Just another absolute cracker trip organised by Tony and crew !

Very profound! Tell me, is that Plato, Dostoyevsky.......or Willk?
(Just a footnote. After the truly unexpected sunshine yesterday, my face is as red as a baboon's bum!)

What a fantastic day and a great advert for RIB cruising in Scotland, enjoyed the delights of Jura, and many thanks to tony and the crew for the usual logistics juggling. Only one regret, not enough whisky consumed....
Roll on next weekends cruise to ireland!!

Easdale RIB Rendezvous 10/11 May 2014
An awesome day
Jura looked magic with the sun shining on the hills. The wx Gods did their thing and gave us a belter of a day. We also bumped into a pod of Dolphins twice, Dolphins bow riding has to be one of the highlights.
I could've sat in that beer garden in Craighouse all day supping Guiness and Jura!
I was pleased with the boat, I'd only managed to put 10nm on it before the run so i was a little apprehensive about the run. Clocked up just under 100nm and burnt 140l of fuel. I dropped the oil out of the gearbox to see if everything was ok after rebuilding it, the oil is dirty but I expected it to be after changing the gears and bearings.
The engines flushed, boat washed and tucked away for another day.
It's nice to put some faces to the names and thanks to Tony and his team for all their hard work, oh and the shot of the funnel. Cheers.

Thanks to Tony for laying on a great weekend. To arrange for the dolphins to send us off and the good weather .
Thanks to all who made the effort to travel and make up the fleet . I doubt if there have ever been as many boats in WLT Jura at one time ever ! History ?

Team Redbay now all safely home in Ireland. Great wx down to south end of Islay but after that
Thanks to everyone at Easdale, Tony Hill and his outfit, the other organisers, the footsoldiers - everyone, truly a great weekend.

Absolutely brilliant weekend all round Chris but the wx did play a big part especially yesterday we could not have ordered better. Perfect advert for Easdale and 'The West' in general.
