Petrol & Diesel from Polruan Quay (01726 832471) having said that I've never used it cause its too close to home! Nothing in St.Austell Bay itself.

I think we got buzzed by Humber Assault today - off Falmouth. Kids looked like they were having a great time...so did you.

Realised who you were when you asked for a radio check.

Yes we had a great weekend - done 120 nm in total. To Fowey and back on the Saturday solo then again with gingercoatie and family in Silver Fern (wow that is some boat) and we met up with kernow and son in Blister.

It got a bit choppy on the way back from Fowey (thanks again Alex for taking the kids on your boat) i had a chance to test the boat out at speed in some slightly rougher water - OUCH my legs hurt - spent most of the trip back standing out of the saddle to absorb the waves (to quote JAWS the movie - "I think we're going to need a bigger boat")

I did take loads of photos - i will post mine on the web and post a link on this thread (if any of them came out ! - taking photos at WOT is not my speciality)

The weekend was fantastic - right up till i got home and flushed the engine - my tell tale is now only dripping not gushing water anymore - it was definately ok this morning. Guess ill have to book her in to be serviced and looked at.

Is Inflatable Boat Services in Falmouth the best place to take Suzukis?

Roy,

Inflatable Boat Services in Falmouth is where I took my Suzuki, and they were very good.

As predicted - most of the shots were blured - either camera shake or just the camera having trouble getting a focus lock on the fast moving targets.

I have posted the best of what did come out to a gallery - link below.

Obviously on day one i was on my own so no other ribs

day two most shots are of gingercoasties impressive silver fern - check out those engines !!!

Im affraid that after kernow joined us - we were going just too damn fast so most of the shots were just coloured streaks against a blue grey background.

If you want any higher res copies of any of these pics i have them at 3072 X 2304 and ill be happy to send them.
