Looks like Nw winds for weekend but possibly only 9mph flat calm for you lot
Looks like Nikki may have to crew bringing relief lifeboat over (I've e-mailed Gary) so look out for woman navigator trying to parallel park and adjust make up at the same time!

Hi folks

T minus 16 hours, looks like it is just the usual 3, maybe have chance to meet CJL on 8th March.

Forcast is "interesting" ,

WEST VEERING NORTHWEST GALE 8 TO STORM 10, OCCASIONALLY VIOLENT
STORM 11, DECREASING 5 OR 6. SHOWERS. MODERATE BECOMING GOOD

Well we havent had a Force 11 yet, but the 5-6 is par for the course, in fact calm compared to last time .

See you all 11-00 ish.

PS it get shallow outside the channel

Regards Gary

hi guys and gals. i'm down in London and just wondering how your trip off Fleetwood is going or gone? Hope it isn't too 'bracing' for you all. Are any of you going to be in the 'smoke' for the boat race on the 8th of March?

Hi folks

Well for a change it was windy , but not a windy as last time.

Meet up about 11.30 ish and we all went for a play in the channel.
Waves was a bit confusing as we didnt go out into deeper water.
Manged a good 2.5 hours playing this time before making a fast run back for the lock gates.
Anyway we had a good day, thanks to everyone.

Hopefully we will all be their on the 8th, lets just hope for some weather that we can get some cruising done.

Managed to get quite a few pics, once I know if their are any that was not the sky or floor I will post. May stand a chance with the iones Nicole took, dont hold much hope for mine

Regards Gary

Shame it was only 'nearly'. That caravan and me are not best friends. As for the NWR tradition of being 'mad bastards' can you please explain to the forum why you declined the offer of a zappacat ride on Sunday. It was only F6. I think you've been mixing with them Southerners too much.

Southern wuss

I was fed up of the wind and the cold, I wasn't going to get piss wet through as well. Jono is renowned for rolling vehicles with four inflatable supports, he would have no problem on one with only two! Plus, after looking at houses all weekend I really couldn't be arsed with the hassle.
Only those being paid, or paying, would want to go out in those temperatures anyway. The icicles on your A frame also dampened the enthusiasm a touch!
I trust this answers your question and I can only reiterate what I said to you on the phone (not for public consumption).
