I will give them a call then and arrange to keep the boat there for a few days over Xmas. That way I can get down there in daylight, moore up overnight and then spend the next day messing about on the Thames.

As the daylight hours are so short I want to launch / recover with some light and not have to get up at 4am to drive there.

Cant wait now - it should be pretty cool cruising past all those landmarks.
