IOW - Southampton 9th December 2006

Any Rib types going to be out and about early Saturday morning?

I may be requiring some assistance. It would not be too involved, and I would obviously contribute to the fuel costs....

PM please.

Thanks.

YES!
I have a brand new prop. Less slip and tuned to run at the rev limit ( hopefully ).

I was wondering if there were going to be any rib type people out on the 16th - Due to the weather I may miss this Saturday - not good for an all out speed run.

Just a few! http://www.rib.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16982

Make it a morning activity and we can all celebrate in the Folly at lunchtime

D4£%%&£!!

( words deleted )

I was advised by several people to call off my Saturday event, due to long deep swells and poor conditions.... AAAAGRH..

The Solent was as flat as a flat thing can be!

Oh swell. hmmmmmmn - the 16th, Saturday, very early AM ( 9am for me ) I would like to contact two rib boats who may be in the water, and could offer some assistance to me for an 'event'....

I will obviously cover your additional fuel costs...

( I will duplicate the request in the 16th December thread.. )

OK - This is my plan.....

I am going to LOOK for bad weather and rough sea, then plan the record attempt for this day!

I know as fact that if I look for good weather I will get a storm, and if I cancell for a storm the sea will be flat!

AAAARGH!!!

When I have this rough weather window, I would like to get assistance from two boats.

Yeah yeah - contain your excitement!!!

Chat to you later!

I know the feeling. Seems like everytime you plan something to do with boats the wind picks up.
