Kinsale Rib Run 2005

Once again the Kinsale to Aberystwyth rib run will take place on Thursday 21st April and returning on Sunday 24th. The run will again be a fund raising event for the RNLI.

The basic run is Kinsale to Kilmore Quay (refuelling) and Kilmore to Aber via Strumble Head and return the same way.

If you have a sound rib of 5.5m+ and a good seamanship standard give me an email at jsmathers@eircom.net for more info.

Last year 16 ribs and 54 crew raised over €32,000

Hi John, Count us in also.

Great crack last year. Look forward to this years event as I have nearly forgotten the pain and aches from last year. We travelled in our humber 5.5m which is used for diving not crusing!!! Its up for sale if anybody is interested. New Merc.90hp 2stroke on her. We will be traveling in style this year with our new rib. a 7m excaliber! Due out just before we go. Bank manager is delighted with me.
