You don't want to be editing a list that is way back up the thread because no one will notice it's been updated! Why not just copy and paste the list, adding new entries as necessary?

John

Please add us as well Andre. We are looking to camp somewhere near a launching site - anyone know anything about "The Ship and Anchor" Marina where apparently you can launch into the river.

I was thinking about staying here as well, and doing the same as yourself, I will try and find something out and post a reply, or likewise if you do the same. Used to go here regularly when I was about 5 yrs old so quite a while ago

Hi Martyn & Ann

will add you to the welcoming party
as for the slip at the Ship & Anchor , well I believe you cannot launch there yourself and there maybe some tide restrictions

Lets see what Richard comes up with

Richard
I have left a message on the Ship and Anchor Answerphone.
I am not too familiar with the Littlehampton area but there are bound to be other sites nearby if S&A isnt suitable. I have been in touch with Littlehampton Marina and the alternative is to drop the boat off there
and, as confirmed earlier, they will launch and recover for £30.00.
Maybe there is a public slip at one of the small towns in the area?
Martyn

Have not heard anything back as yet, but I know the slipway is very small so was thinking about staying the Ship & Anchor and launching at Littlehampton Marina with everyone else.

Thanks Andre - missed the public slip bit?
My rib is small enough to launch alone so will probably use that one
as £30.00 seems a bit steep unless you are big?

We're looking forward to it and we booked into a hotel today. So we are all set, just got to get the boat back together for the new season now!

I trust you got the 4 poster

well a nice number of persons have confirmed their participation . Missing some names , however,

JK what about you, so close to home, at least you must come for the evening meal at the Arun View . I am sure some will want to meet you in the flesh so to speak.

AY, Pete7, Whiteshoes, Mike C, Ribald and many others - are you still undecided?

Bilge Rat - Richard how about coming our way

PS. Just a reminder only 3 months and a bit away

Barring anything unforseen I hope to be out and about on Saturday, and I'll certainly stay for the meal

John, great news . As you can see from the list there will be about 4 ribs launching at the marina so if you were to turn up at say 9, then loads of time for a beacon sandwich and a pot of tea before we head out to meet the Solent Armada
