Lundy on Sunday anyone?

I have the misfortune of having to work Fri/Sat down Barnstaple way, however I'm getting paid to drive there. Thought I could cheekily hook the boat up & do Lundy on maybe Sat eve & Sunday

Wondered if anyone else might be up for a trip? Weather is potentially looking nice so the plan may well come together. I can overnight on the boat (just!!)

I't will be with my 17ft cuddy boat which is not good in anything beyond F3 so it will have to be flat'ish. The bay around Lundy looks a nice place to stop over. With a light Northerly breeze. Happy to just do Sunday of course.

I guess Appledore is the obvious launch site & locals going out that way?

argh i`m so up for this run .cannot do this sunday as i need to test my engine but if you want to pencil a weekend in sometime i`m deffo up for this i know a few others that prob would be too

Next weekend, Sunday in particular looking most likely, when I'm back this way again, I got some lowdown from the locals at the Ilfracombe Yaught Club last night (and quite a lot of beer) so launching from there looks good though the slip is tide dependent.

I love ilfracombe was talking to the rnli . Im a million miles away so got to plan it a little as i know a few people are well up for this im gonna try for the second weekend of july but i will look into next week if possible
