Medway & Thames anyone ??

Hi

I fancy a two day journt from the Nedway, either Rochester or Chatham round for a night out in London probably at lime house marina and back. Probably end of sept
or into October.

Or the weekend of the 11th sept. We coulg go black tie, large union jacks and celebrate the last night of the proms in style.

Anyone fancy it

Glenn

Well, it's either a fairly simple typo...

...or Mister Collins has an Advanced Sense of Wordplay and is working the word "Ned" which means "chav" in Scroatland (see wut i did der?), 'cos the Medway is a bit dodge.

I'm going to go with typo...

Typo .... Fat fingers and iPhone don't make for perfect prose.

Was thinking of launch on the Medway and troll round into and up the Thames. Either hit a pub or campsite with full last night of the proms festivities.

Doh - sorry - should've read the title properly.

Ah - does mean I can't sell Glenn my A-Frame if I'm going to be using the boat for evening river jaunts, as the lights are attached to it ! Have you found one yet ?

Still undecided ... I like not having to lift it to get in & out the garage but think lights are a good idea. Anyway, sorry, off topic !

Shaz.

Mmm well let's not worry to much about going slightly off topic, it appears to be the norm round these parts.

I got a copy of small boats big seas. On there one if the ribs had instead of an a frame on the trandom a mast that had VHF antenna lights and reflector all mounted on it. I've been thinking of adopting this if I can't get hold of or have made a frame.
