Menai Saturday 14th March
Looking at the tides this seems a good day for an early season cruise
Low water 1.94 mid morning with high tide 3.95 around 4 o'clock so this gives us plenty of opportunity on the day weather permitting for a good run out.
We plan to stay the night at the Premier Inn they have a deal on that Saturday £39.00 for a double room if you pre pay
Saturday night if anyone else is staying we could maybe meet up at Mr Fu's Chinese restaurant.
Hopefully start the season off with good day out

Dead keen in principle but have a potentially mad week at work the week afterwards and will need to work that weekend if so. I will know by this time next week whether the thing I'm concerned about is running or not. Fingers crossed

Sounds good to me but what time you thinking of launching? Going to Chelteneham for the Gold Cup on the Friday and it usually ends up a bit messy! Trying to work out if I can get my arse out of bed on the Saturday morning and up there in time.

Just realised its Mother's Day the day after that's why it might be booked up.
Just made some enquiries apparently they have up to 30 rooms available but they have placed a restriction on that particular hotel for that weekend. You can book for 2 nights no problem this could change nearer the time to 1 night bookings if they don't fill the rooms. They have rooms at Bangor available at £39.00 for the Saturday so my advice is to find alternative accommodation or hang on in there and try booking in a few weeks.
They tend to change restrictions and prices weekly we stayed there last year and paid 65.00 for the night others who booked later only paid 29.00.
We will still go on the 14th even if we don't stay the night it's only just over 1 hour away from Tywyn

Would love to be there. New boat won't be ready, old boat won't be fixed.
