Weather permitting I will be out on the Straits Thursday 3rd September at 10am for 3 or 4 hours, launching from ABC marina at Beaumaris possibbly going out around Puffin island and then up the East coast of Anglesey to Bull bay for lunch and then back and may be 1/2 hour fishing arouind Puffin on the way back. Also Friday 4th launching at 11 am, across to Conwy and then around the Great Orme to llandudno bay and back Any one interested in joining me?

Hi HT, what are the facilities and prices like at ABC? Cant join you on those dates as I need more notice to book days off from work but would be interested for future runs if marina and family friendly hotels are available in the area. Cheers.

ABC is very friendly, I think its about £20 to launch with their tractor, there are loads of great hotels and B&B near by. The straits and Anglesey are fantastic areas for ribs and loads more to do for the family. I love Whitby and the North sea but North Wales has the edge for me. Depending on work and tides I am hoping for another couple of days towards the end of september
