console floor screw came loose,
have a spun hub on my laser 2 stainless, wasnt biting

Saw a seal, called on ch 72 about 6times, no answer so guess people underway

went out for a bit, called it at Spitbank safety of my crew, there was some swell
Happ to come out again in better conditions keep safe all

Well, we did at least get out. Met up with @mhill at HPM, launched, got involved with a MOB emergency on the Hamble (not one of us), then met up with Trevor off Calshot Spit. Conditions were fine, if a little lively, but being mindful of the incoming weather we called it at Newtown Creek. Good run back but happy now that I'm sitting at home with a glass of wine watching the torrential rain lashing against the window.

@ollyit, sorry to hear of your woes but at least you're home safe. Hopefully we'll meet up another time. Hope Ryan is ok.

Well done Trev for making it to Yarmouth, but I certainly wouldn't want to be out there now

It was definitely a Gecko day and the suspension seats are awesome.

Hi Steve,
Glad you and others got out, sounds as if it was a bit marginal

Gecko was not a Christmas present....just a present to myself (or essential safety equipment to Mrs T) back in October.

You seem to have a lot of knowledge on testing a Gecko in the house...wonder how yuo got that?

I want to get out so as soon as there's a decent weekend day.....maybe next weekend.
