I am waiting on a reply from Glen Mona for availability and costs. Will post when received.

Tim, June 28/29 departing Conwy, North Wales.
I have still got people who want to do the trip but do not have a RIB at this time. If you have space available on yours please let me know how many spaces.

Menai cruise ought to be all the way round the Island ought it not?

With whom do we book hotels? Have we all decided where to stay?

I asked for everyone to let me have numbers a while back, not much response. Confirmation of numbers would be useful so either I can make a block booking if rooms available. Everyone can book for themselves if they prefer. Or we all crash out at Whitingiom's place! (joke)
I do need to know who has space and how much on their RIB for further crew.
Date is still June 28/29, departing Conwy, North Wales seems favourite when looking at the home locations of those interested.

Self, 11 year old daughter, and one mate. That sort of fills up the sets, but suppose there could be tube room!!

Wet ride on the little Humber though.

No reply from the B&B yet, phoned and e-mailed last week.
Hotels are £70 - £80 per room (2 occupants). I'll keep trying the B&B's.

A bed for the night.

I spoke to Glen Mona today. Their prices are 45pounds single b/b and 60pounds for a double. They have just refurbished and have 12 rooms available at this time. This is a bit pricey compared to North Wales where you could get a week for this price and have enough change for a new suit. Let me know if you want to book.

Glen Mona

I'll try and speak to Ian at the Glen Mona - he's in a good mood this week as Leeds have managed to avoid relegation!

If I can get some sort of discount, I will.

Nice out tonight - an hour or so in the new boat, much quieter with the 4 stroke!

Off to glorious Wales for the RL Challenge Cup over the weekend, so I'll be off line until Monday.

< off topic >I'll be there too. We're putting on a laser and searchlight show from the roof of the Millennium Stadium on Friday night, and providing all the match day pyrotechnics! JK < /off topic >

I thought the roof was to be closed on Saturday - where will all the smoke go!

Thanks for the tip about the tilt catch - we only trail a maximum of 12 miles in any direction, but I will source a suitable bit of wood.

Now our new RIB is here, count us 100% in for the IOM trip.

Not sure of its just me or all the family, depends on weather.
They dont have dry suits, or maybe its just that I am mad eek:

If they dont go I will have lots of spare room aboard so if somone is running full maybe ease things, but wont know till the day before, & forcast.

We will sort our own accomodation etc out.

Is their anyone else going from Fleetwood area, maybe join up for the run to Conway to meet the others.

Regards Gary:
