we found a nice spot a few years ago, Loch Teacuis, round the back of Carna in Loch Sunart, seemed to remember a nice cabin rib on a mooring, that was on the way back from Tobermory to Resipole, a cracking day out

Aye that is a cannae spot, very difficult to navigate but as you rightly say lovely to anchor and enjoy the scenery, as are many places around that locality.

What is it with you softies with your fixaction on the Midge!? Honestly they have not been to bad in the last few years. But it is a 'small' price to pay for such great scenery, you just have to stay on the water till dusk then go in as they're all tucked up in bed
Mate you keep well and keep doing as they say and it wont be long before your speeding up the M6

I think its something to do with the sunshine we get down here, makes the skin very appetising for them little gremlins but last few trips to Loch Lomond the ol skin so soft has done the trick
it's my last dose of chemo therapy tonight, no more of them bloody tablets, YIPEEEEEEEEEE
funny thing is, me n me ol pal Jeff are heading uo North tomorrow, a little wheeling n dealing going on just over the wet stuff from Edinburgh, hopefully coming home with a little winter project, I'll post a few pics if all goes well
I'm really looking forward to meeting you all and doing some proper cruising round them sea lochs again, we love Loch Lomond, but can't beat them sea lochs and the odd sip of the nectar

WOW!! what a week of 370nm over the week seen some lovely places & had a fantastic time thanks once again to Douglas for his hospitality & supplying us with a Langoustine feast also thanks to all who went for the great company we've got some great pic's & some great video footage

Just knocking a seafood linguine up for dinner with the last of the scallops, mussels, cockles. Using some of Guys French zider for the sauce. Half a dozen wild oysters for starters, does it get any better?
