If I am in Plymouth I would be up for the trip, but will have to see what work throws at me between now and then...

Yep, that's the plan, meet, great and enjoy both the ride and the company.

Big boats , little boats, pasty eaters or shandy drinkers - all welcome.

Mine's only a 50hp so will be looking at those with monsters to play nice, or at least not eat all the pasties.

Mooring is OK, it's the Shitehawks which will kill you.

There is a visitors birth, which we can use, its small but they are currently rebuilding it and building a new birth with showers and all sorts of stuff that might be ready by then.

Rob from Blackdog Marine has been conned, sorry volunteered into making the tea to accompany said pasties

Hi

The slip ways in Plymouth all have car / trailer parks or there is on road parking opposite if already full.

Looe does have a garage, but not something I've thought about. I'm taking a spare can as the 23l will be a bit tight on a 28m run.

Grab a spare can and take it, save the effort. Rob will know the fuel options better than me??

Thanks
I've been looking on Google at the Oreston , Do you use the slip on the quay ?

I have 3 x 24ltr fuel tanks which I think will fit in the consoles so hoping this will be enough.

Why use Oreston? Mountbatten slip is far more user friendly. No narrow roads to negotiate either.

Also for those needing Petrol you may want to drop an email to the garage in Looe just to check that it has not closed. http://looestrategygroup.blogspot.co...g-station.html
