An h2o 'POKER RUN' has been organised for next weekend 20th/21st and an overnight stop at the Boathouse Cafe (Fort Victoria - Yarmouth IoW) has been arranged through M2M racing (Fiona Pascoe)
Many types of powered boats will be attending the event and Fiona has asked me to fill you all in with the details......

Fun on and off the water!!

Saturday 20th
o Meet at Drivers Wharf – Northam Bridge Southampton
o If you need to be launched by crane please arrive by 9am, Drivers Wharf have kindly agreed to give you discounted launches at the excellent price of £47 inc Vat.
o 11:30am Drivers briefing – all boats must be fully fuelled and in the water.
o Please bring your own packed lunches.
o 12:00pm Poker Run start
o Our first stop will allow time to eat your lunch in a scenic, sheltered setting.
o 4.30pm we will be stopping for the evening party at the boathouse just off Yarmouth
o Any boat wishing an overnight berth at Yarmouth will need to proceed straight to the marina, as you are unable to pre-book berths. Overnight berths range in price from 15ft boat - £8 to 36ft boat - £15.50.
o For smaller boats they can beach your boats in front of the Boat House, or otherwise drop anchor / pick up a mooring buoy.
o Homemade afternoon tea will be served with music on arrival.
o Party will start from 7pm
o Themed beach party, there will be a banquet of food, excellent music and partying all night… (Party and food included in the cost)
Sunday
o Breakfast and lunch available from the Café – fun or testing on the water with all the boats and toys..
Costs
H2O Poker Run weekend - £10 per boat
Adults - £15 which Inc afternoon tea and party
Children - £10 which Inc afternoon tea and party
Accommodation
You have the option to:
o Bring a tent and pitch on site.
o B&B’s and hotels available close by or at Yarmouth.
o Stay on board your boats
