Poole - West Bay Mon 6 May
We're planning on leaving Poole just before 11.00am on Monday and heading over to West Bay (Bridport) for lunch on Monday and it would be good to go in company if anybody wants to join/meet us.

About 45M. So I reckon on about an hour and a half or slightly less in good conditions from Poole Entrance. Fuel available in Portland (about 28M from Poole), if you're worried about range.

It would be good to have some company: assuming that we're on time and a reasonable sea state (ie flatter than Christchurch Bay this afternoon!) we should be just East of The Bill around midday. Entry to West Bay before 1.00pm might be a bit tight anyway so running late isn't a great issue. We'll be monitoring VHF Ch08. Do you have an MMSI number? Mine is as indicated and I'll PM you my mobile.
Look forward to seeing you.

I won't be going as far as Westbay due to other commitments, but might travel some of the way. What time are you off? About 11:00?
Forecast is for fog, hope not as I haven't been out yet this weekend! Fingers crossed

We're aiming to get to West Bay for 1.00pm so want to launch and be away from the marina by 11.00am. Hopefully, the forecast fog will have lifted by then and it will be good to have some company for the first leg. See you in the morning.

Tell me if it gets down to 100m: it's as clear as anything here 1 mile inland. We've still got an hour and a half for the sun to get working...
