As its getting closer i thought i'd post up a reminder about the Ribsters/RIBnet broads cruise.
Friday 8th: Meet up at Waveney River Centre at Burgh St Peter, this will be the base camp for the Weekend, Set up camp then a short cruise to either St Olaves or Somerleyton, Depending on Time as to how far we go. Then either go to bell inn, dukes head or have a bbq.
Saturday 9th: Leave Burgh St Peter heading for Oulton Broad, Through the Lock Gates and out through Lowestoft harbour. Off out onto the Scrooby sands, Visit the Seals and Windturbines. Returning Via Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth depending on time, Get back moor up and go for a meal at your own leisure in the pub.
Sunday 10th: Leave for Oulton Broad, Rendevous with the South Broads RNLI Lifeboat and head up to Somerleyton for a BBQ, and a chat with the crew of the Lifeboat. Before returning to base, and most likely packing up and going home. Work on Monday for most...
