This one was very very special. Sea trout, Moelfre surf about 4yrs back.

I fish usually for bass March-October, often prefering to use fly tackle when bass fishing off LLandulas beach in the tub.

I often go for night sessions also, beach casting for bass off many marks all around the island.

Still get the mackie bashing gear out to amuse friends when they visit the caravan tho.

That IS some fish!!
Bit early yet for one of 'Those',but my Beach casting Buddies tell me the Cod fishing is real good this year in the Channell... Dusting off the Zipplex's at the weekend

Had to go to Sidmouth on buisness today (flaaaat or what!) and called in to Beer on the way back.Some guys came in with a nice mixed bag of Codling and some decent Pollock from the Tennants,but better than that, the Mackerel are about! and in numbers....Bass wont be far behind!
