Ribnet events 2007

Going to start planning for next year.

Is their a list of events involving cruises for 2007. I'm trying like billyho to get on the 1 Oct Cruise but realise this might be a forlorn hope.

As such I really need to plan my limited holidays for 2007 around Ribnet cruises.

For instance the may trip to Littlehampton and next years October Cruise.

What about a trailoring boat to somewhere like ibiza

There will be another cruise next October I expect. Will hopefully co-incide with the weekend before Portsmouth uni starts again.

There will hopefully be another pre and post Xmas cruise again. Last year we had a "jolly at the folly" just before and went over to Yarmouth just after. The Solent is beatiful at that time of the year especially when you get a really cold, sunny calm day

If you can give me an exact date then I can book leave, I haven't got a clue about Uni holidays. I was to thick for Uni.

OK looking at the calender Im thinking the following:

Sat 16th Dec 06 - jolly to the folly
Jan 7th 07 - cruise (somewhere in the solent!) (note the QM2 sails that Wednesday. I intend to go out and have a look as I've never seen her up close before)

As for October I have no idea as the uni hasn't released it's calender for next year. They normally start the first Monday of October, but you don't actually do anything but drink that week. How about Sunday 7th (07).

Seems like a good idea. Any ideas for accomodation ? Or is it camping on the beach time again.

Sunday 7th October 2007 is fine. I'm off that day.

Am also off 16 Dec 06 and 7 Jan 07 so should be along for them.
