RIBnet SIB picnic, Chichester Harbour - Saturday 28 June 2008

Anyone fancy joining us for a family picnic on East Head beach in Chichester Harbour?

We'll be launching from Itchenor, setting off for the beach about 11.00

It's a great beach, and we can just pull the SIBs up onto the sand. If anyone wants a bit more excitement then they can venture out into the big sea as well.

All welcome - if anyone wants to come in a bigger RIB that they don't want to beach then I'm sure we can arrange to ferry you ashore. HW is around 12.30 though, so you'll need to watch out for the falling tide from lunch time onwards!

May possibly stop off at Bosham for a swift half on the way back, tide permitting.

SIB cruising could be the next big thing!

John

Sorry John

Saturday is unfortunately School Cricket match day for the smaller Nashers this time of year, would love to arrange to meet up there during the summer holidays though.

Must have been looking at the wrong weeked! Doh!

Anyway, looking at the forecast we're going to give it a miss like everyone else. Maybe try to organise a SIB gathering later in the summer.
