It also looks like we may not need the booking we made at Phil and Jan's if anyone is in need of accom.

RIBase
Not long now..

I now have crew again, so my evening meal tickets need to be upped if possible.
(I now need 4 adults and a 1 year old)

What was the plan with flags - are they available on the day or do we need to pre order?

Steve pay on the door for the food no problem. Flags the response has been poor. Minimum order was £265 for 30 and I don't have the confidence that I can sell 30. In terms of polo shirts there may still be time if anyone is interested but they need to be ordered this weekend. Nick

One week to go and counting!

Its getting close with 1 week to go!

Hog roast and venue are confirmed. I am taking a bit of a risk by not asking for money up front so I hope you all turn up. Money for the meal will be collected on the door at £12.50 a head - this is a little higher than expected but I need to ensure I cover the costs. Any surplus will go to Macmillan. As well as the hog roast there will be cakes donated from Butterton Cakes and Bakes

There is a Just Giving web page at

https://www.justgiving.com/roundanglesey

Or alternatively you download a sponsor form using the following link

https://www.dropbox.com/s/qrxqxqs4nz...A2016.pdf?dl=0

An update on who is coming along with details of the run will follow later this weekend.

Nick

Mike sorry if you missed my post. The evening get together is in the Old Market Hall not far from the Black Boy. We have the upstairs to ourselves. The Old Market Hall has its own microbrewery. Food will be served from 8pm, cost will be £12.50 head for hog roast, apple sauce, bap and salad. Helen my wife (Butterton Bakes and Cakes) will be providing cake for those with a sweet tooth.

Nick

Great stuff, yes must have missed it. It is nice in there been in a few times, let's hope the weather is good, we had a boat trip booked today in Dominican Republic, up early for an hour bus ride, get there and it's cancelled because of the weather!! I think we would have all been made up to get the weather they cancelled with today

Sorry if I am being a bit thick again everyone but I thought we were all launching on a Saturday or have a missed a trick here?

Nick, I have heavy work commitments at the moment and will make a rain check on the day as to whether or not I am doing this event on the actual day (so don't wait for me if I am not around)

However we are in the area and will be definitely making the night do
