That's the big problem, Last year there was a staggering 75 of us at the Fu's evening do inc the wags!
The Bar at Coed Helen has a seated area for approx. 30 people inside, and standing room for maybe 20 or 30 more at a push, there is a small patio area outside where he put the Pig and buffet last time, but bear in mind Coed Helen has 200+ static caravans and a newly opened touring field for 40+ Tourers, and its Easter weekend.....?
I'm sure Paddy the manager would take it on , (lots of room behind the Bar!) but unless were prepared to stay outside its all going to be over fairly quickly, and god help us if its freezing and pouring with rain...We could always move the weekend... it would free up more locations and make digs cheaper and more available?

We've got our caravan there on a seasonal pitch along with Jeff Hutcheon & Sandy, Ian "Deekus" is joining us next season I believe, it's a nice tidy n quiet site, good choice

You'll be fine to launch at ABC but later in day you won't be within the 2 hrs of high tide to recover.

I'd prefer the camp site bar if we can swing a bit of shelter outside too. It was a good do there last time and we had the pig outside then. We had 30+ people then. We just need a covered area for a few to eat drink under. You can eat a hog and chips standing too, they have the toilets etc Will text rocky and Chris and see what we can do.
I seem to remember HP that last time you expressed that you wasn't attending the hog roast, then for some reason you did turn up had a pint then went home

Paddy did mention to me on that occasion if we held the night do with him again that he would put a marquee up for us on the large car park outside the club, If he could do that for us this time it would make things a lot easier than clumping a few small gazebos together.

Maybe Rocky could have a word in Paddy's shell like

Spoke to them a week or so ago, tractor launch and recovery available, at anytime he says, may just go down to TYN RHOS.

Will make my mind up in next day or so.

I could check if there was any way we could have the empty bar on our site if you want, www.glangwna.com they do have a big room down the bottom but it isnt open much of the time, there is a big area outside to put hog roast as well, two miles outside Caernarfon?

Could also get together a list of numbers of people in site who hire out chalets/caravans if this option was chosen

Exactly. Committed now, be a great day and we'll sort something for the evening, as Chris said.
