I hope it's nicer next weekend. It's a bit cold at home today, especially for camping!

I am happy to get out, but if I could make any requests for weather, dry is my main one.

Nah, a sub 4m got round last year!!! That was about a force 5 with some wind over tide and over falls in places.

Granted they were mad Irishmen (simsy) and no one else would have considered it, but they made it.

Hi Guys
Is there still room for a small Southerner to join?
Rick and I'd like to bring Baby Blue up from Reading for the weekend if we can - 4.7m Searider with Merc F60EFi.

No accommodation booked yet so will be hoping to camp somewhere close For Friday and Saturday night. Anyone else camping?

Trev

I am camping, arriving Thursday and going home Monday.

I am staying here [URL="http://www.tynrhosfarm.co.uk"]Tyn Rhos Farm Caravan Park - Caernarfon, North Wales

I've never stayed here before but it seems close to the launch site, and some on here have used it before and say it's alright!

Different hulls. Our tube dragging deep v with a 175 will lose to another 6.3m ribeye with a 4stroke 140 I'd guess.

Yeah all down to hulls, this is one of the things I am looking forward to the most! I am interested to see other boats and how they perform, especially with similar engines.

I won't be doing much at WOT (cost of fuel), but if the moods right and someone comes along side ruining my view I may open her a little...
