Yep, me too Neil, in between revising. My olds said it was too windy and cloudy for them, though that doesn't mean much! Fair weather boaters
They said 7 of them set off from the Gazelle at 11.45 and I guess a few others might join up at Moelfre. I'm very jealous, so definitely will be organising another day before season over. If not at the point when I take her out in Sept. Will keep you posted.

It was fairly damp at Moelfre for spectators ashore. Even the ones out of range of the water bombs.

Morning guys,
Hope you all had a great time on the bar in the afternoon.
Please tell who it was that had to be rescued, was it cambrian explorer?
Quick summary of our day was;
Arrived at 1030 just intime to remind kerny to take the straps off the transom holding the boat onto the trailer before launching as it wouldnt have gone very far.
Met up with the group just past the Gazelle and we set off for puffin, some went round to see the seals and 3 went through the gap by the lighthouse.
Then in the usual ribnet cruise fashion someone set off and everyone else followed, we on the otherhand took the sensible decision and navigated for ourselves and headed straight for the lifeboat display. Upon arrival we spotted Yoyo anchored up waiting for the show to start.
After some catching practice most of us missed the incoming waterbombs before the rain set in for the rest of the day.
Then after the display we set off and went to find the seals on the way back, but they were all hiding. Then a long battle into the wind, rain and waves on the way to the bar at Caernarfon, we didn't make it as the crew were finding it hard going so we headed back to the slip with a quick bit of skiing before packing up for the day.
will be sorting through photos and videos in the next week but hoping to see others aswell.
I hope everyone that stayed is having a good day today, was nice to see everyone.

Come on come on, who needed the rescue, with the closest thing to water being the kids paddling pool, that I've just blown up I'm in frustrated suspense waiting for the news

Oh no. I believe the aircraft trim got stuck! Gutted. You found out why yet Captain K? Looks like you had a good run out anyway before then.
