Of all the place to break down was on the bar
The engine just trimmed fully up on its own accord
it would not trim back down so I switched the engine off and the pump was still running so I turned off the isolator switch , then Mick in his Ribeye came too the rescue and and we set up a tow line but after about 10 mins the line came off his Ribeye, that's when rocknroller took over the rescue in his Big Osprey vipermax and 200hp of grunt from his etec and quickly attached the line and towed me off the bar and on to ty calch where I anchored up a few meters of shore.
Now some big thank you's,
tony t, thanks for taking the wife onto your boat,,,again.
Mick and rocknroller, thanks for the tow and all your help
Chris Caton and Geoff, thanks for all your help and for watching my rib while I went back to Menai to pick up my trailer you must have been there for a good hour and a half
christycalch, thanks for moving my rib further out as the tide was ebbing, I believe you did it more than once. Also I would just like to mention that Chris tractored my rib and trailer out of the water and he would not take any money of me when I offered it to him on more than one occasion, saying that he was only to glad to help. Chris you are a dam fine chap, all my launches will be by you from now on even if I'm staying on Anglesey, thanks
Now back to mr t
