We are now back home after having a great weekend with some great folk.
A big thanks to Chris and the team at Ty Calch, the Royal Welsh Yacht Club, Alan Savage for his talk on Team Britannia and Eddie the official photographer!
It would be interesting to know how many managed the run Round Bardsey. Certainly 29 ribs and a warrior launched from Chris's and Jonathan joined from Holyhead. 16 Ribs were logged by Tony at the NCI station Porth Dinellean on the entrance to Nefyn
A few casualties on the way, Chris's engine failed but his team mates sorted him out, Dave and Kris decided to make sand castles and the props on Black Boss were fettled a little bit. The only broken bone was my elbow sustained on dry land about as far away from the sea as you can get!
We had a great evening last night and a fruitful one too with £240 being generously donated to Macmillan. Thanks to all who gave! Donations can still be made at

Eddie is preparing a video and some stills. A small video will be on the Youtube in the coming week when Eddie has finished editing. All being well there will be video and photos to purchase with the proceeds going to Macmillan.
Lastly I want to thank you all firstly for your generosity and secondly for making the weekend such a success.
