Hey Ralphy, you have taken some great photos of my Dad (in Finn). Would it be ok if I posted these to the Facebook page? I wouldn't want to do this without your permission!
Thanks
Carys

Feel free.
I've had a look, I have a couple more of Finn but they are a bit blurred.

AFAIK - Mike's problem was a high pressure fuel line leak, and Huw shut down one of his engines with an alarm code warning.
Huw limped into Wexford, and Trevor G towed Mike in.
Both issues withn 10 minutes of each other.

Quite a few from RI2013! Hope all goes well.
My advice for tomorrow's leg would be to run up the coast to the NE of Antrim, keeping as close inshore as possible. Make the crossing to Jura or Islay fairly much a North track to make landfall around the east of Islay, keeping off Rathlin's east shore. I'd avoid the Mull and the West side of the Scottish mainland as much as possible. Keep in the lee of Jura and run up to Oban.
Just saying...

Hi wilk
Were you in the pub spying on our route planning?
Here's our planned route - stopping at Craighouse (Jura) for lunch, Easdale for afternoon tea (if there's time), Puffin Dive Centre for fuel then Dunstaffnage Marina.

Why that route rather than over to the mull and up the west coast of kintyre? Shorter sea crossing?
