Speak with Chris Moody he keeps his there and sure if he can arrange a place to help. It is a very large area used by sailing schools, clubs, RNLI, Activity Centre.
The slip is fairly large concrete to my memory.
Camping facilities also available,

Calshot Outdoor Activities Centre has secure boat storage as well as a slipway. If you phone them up you can book your boat in for the whole weekend. You can also book a caravan, motorhome or camping pitch if required.

Chris, that's great, thank you; I'll get in touch with them tomorrow.
In the meantime, accommodation booked in Fawley for three nights 27-29th so we'll be out playing on the Saturday too, weather permitting.

No way dude, you have to be a member to camp there and the waiting list is years long
Sorry but there's no camping at Calshot Activity Centre. There is a small site around the corner that can take a caravan or two but thats it.
We have free camping at the folly though

Having just spoken to swmbo, we can offer 2 rooms B&B over the weekend of the event. In return you can donate monies to the macmillan pot. We are in sholing about 10-15 mins from hamble/crosshouse keys and southampton drystack.we can look in to where to leave the boats (maybe hamble or drystack would be possible?).
If anyone is intersted pls send me a PM.

Sorry I was wrong about camping, didn't realise it was members only. Should be plenty of b&b's or pubs with rooms nearby.

Lakeland Terrier, Mrs T, & 2 pups
Barrowboy & Boss
Mr. Moody
Biffer
Jizm
12 so far...do we need to reserve at table or 2?

Booked a table on Sat 28th June for 25-30 people, they can take up to 40 but even with 25 people we may need to pay a deposit of £5 per head closer to the time

Just got a couple of people to make donations.
A great idea to have the Just giving link set up nice and early Whisper !.
Will keep pushing over the next couple of months. Will we beat last years total ??. Hope so.

Yes mate. B&B in Fawley for me an' 'er on Fri, Sat, Sun night and the boat booked into Calshot Activity Centre on same nights.
We could get us a Convoy, 10-4 rubber duck, especially if Mr Caton's well enough to join us. We're travelling down on Friday and back on Monday.
I can't remember the name of the B&B but Lakeland Terrier's staying there too with his family
