If anybody else is leaving from Portsmouth Camber, what time you looking to leave, shall we "convoy" to Wootton Creek or Old Forts?
Same goes if anybody leaving from Gosport or Portsmouth Dry Stack?
Being a "newbie" getting excited looking at the rib numbers!

Am currently on my own with five spare seats leaving from Lymington - all jockey seats. I have lifejackets and I think enough wet weather gear. Am pricing a donation per seat of £50 each which will comprise a simple 1/6 share of the fuel cost for the day and the remainder going to Macmillan. Cheap at the price when you look at RIB experience half hour jaunts.
Obviously this is not a commercial hire but RIBNet friends or (friends of friends) joining me on the boat for the day at their own risk.....
Please PM me if interested.
Bruce

I am looking for the nearest all tidal slipway to M3 as I will towing the boat down on sunday morning, also preferably with a pontoon for loading , trying to keep passengers dry.
It will be nice to meet some of the people on RIBnet
Thanks Richard,
p.s I was looking at Hamble Point

Richard, as a trailer launch, Hamble Point is good with a wide concrete ramp. It just goes to gravel at low springs, managed just to put a 6.6 in the other week off trailer at very low springs.
There is a pontoon to moor against for fellow ribbers and parking for car and trailer on site, also a bar. restaurant for hot and cold/
Fee is about 27 quid for self launch , pay at HPM harbour office. Expensive but very easy to use.
Loads of others close for M3 by but cannot think of another with a pontoon.

Hokay, I've not been keeping tabs on this thread and we're getting close.
We're looking to rock up with the Vipermax ans the SR. My pal with the Fairline has pulled out for family reasons.
So....
How many boats are signed up to date?
Where are the majority staying/launching.
Are those towing distance making it a one night or two night stay?
Will there be any evening drinkies or get togethers? Or,will we be randomly spread around the area?

Hi Mollers,
We have a document here http://bit.ly/XKWPro that gives a lot of info re numbers and launch sites. The best place for your vipermax would be a larger slip like Calshot and thats where we will be launching from.
As we are launching from all over there is no plan for a get together although we are well up for one
Thanks Alex
