I have just been talking to Simon Everett, the reporter and photographer on the run on Gemineye. He has been busy and is now generating a report for mags on the whole event and wants some more personal details if you want to be added.
He is able to watch the forum, so.
How far did people travel to be part of the day
Who came down M40 and overtook him early towing their RIB
If you have images taken now of you and your boats on the run and want to add image and your full name he hopes to use them.
Also if anyone has personal stories relating to the charity he may be very interested and I would suggest you PM me for a contact number as I dont wish to send that out on the web
Thank you

So that's why I got a Trilens... so Whisper didn't take a p***
He's only taking the mick because he doesn't have one.
Anyway, our journey...Dartmouth to Warsash via Gloucester 230 miles each way - and an overnight stop Sat.
Worth every mile for such a great day, and for the experience of recovering at Warsash before low tide!

I would never take the p!55 out of AJ, I think it's quite cool that he keeps chickens in his boat when he's not ribbing

Only 60! Nothing like a lethargic cruise down to the coast....
